2 cups smashed South Carolina peaches
4 cups sugar
1 box Sure-Jell
¾ cup water
Mix and let stand ten minutes. Add one box of Sure-Jell and ¾ cup water. Cook Sure-Jell and water one minute over medium-high heat. Stir 3 minutes and put into clean containers. Let sit for 24 hours before freezing.
